Terms of Use



MrPoc.com warrants that computer repair service will be performed in a professional and timely manner. Many technical problems can be resolved online. Our remote and on-site services are warranted for a period of 30 days. There is no warranty for removal viruses, spyware, adware or malware. In case that the problem cannot be resolved online, our technician will consult with the client about possible solutions. The client may request a refund for services not rendered, we will refund the client money minus PayPal or credit card fees.

ON-SITE SERVICES
  • MrPoc.com services are available between the hours of 9:00am to 7:00pm Monday-Friday. Weekend hours are 10:00am to 4:00pm on Saturdays and by call back on Sundays.(Eastern Standard Time). Additional charges may apply for rapid response or service outside of standard hours.

  • A person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period services are provided. If no adult is present when the technician arrives, services will be denied and a $40 cancellation charge will be assessed.

  • MrPoc technicians must have your consent and cooperation to enter your residence or business and access to the computers and/or devices to be serviced. You must provide a safe working environment and electrical power. If the technician determines that these conditions have not been met, services will be denied.

REMOTE SERVICES
  • Remote support services may be offered to you over the telephone or via the Inernet. You must have a BroadBand to the Internet(Cable, ISDN, DSL or better), and your Operative System must be Windows2000/Server2000, Windows Xp, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista; Mac OS X 10.4.6 or newer. Remote support may involve the installation of software on your computer that will allow MrPoc technicians to view your computer desktop and provide the remote support services. By electing to receive remote support, you agree to allow MrPoc technicians to use whatever tools deemed necessary to repair your computer, including remote access. You understand that if remote access is used on your computer there will be no residual software from the remote session.

YOUR DATA
  • Your data is important and is your personal responsibility to protect and back up all software and personal data before MrPoc technician arrives. Mrpoc.com will not be liable for any loss, alteration or corruption of any software, data or files.

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
  • Limitations to service
    MrPoc.com reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate any of its services to any user in its sole discretion and instead refund your payment. These reasons include unusual technical requirements but are not limited to: using computer system fraudulently, illegally, or for propagating libelous or otherwise defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, harassing or threatening material.

  • Limitation of liability
    To the extent permitted by law, you agree that MrPoc total liability for damages related to its remote services is limited to the total amount you pay for the remote services, and you release Mr Poc from liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. MrPoc is not liable for loss, alteration or corruption of any data or for your inability to use your computer equipment or other product.
SERVICE CANCELATION
  • To change or cancel your order you must contact us at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled service. Contact us.

SERVICE WARRANTY
  • Our remote services are warranted for a period of 30 days. There is no warranty for removal viruses, spyware, adware or malware. If there is a problem with the service provided by MrPoc.com and if you notify us within the warranty period, we will work to remedy your problem quickly and at no additional cost.
